Getting Here and Parking

KANTi is located at Kantstraße 5, 09126 Chemnitz. Free parking is available directly at the property. Bus and tram stops are just a short walk away, making it easy to reach Chemnitz city centre even without a car.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the apartment is available until 12:00 PM.

Amenities and Comfort

All of our holiday apartments offer free Wi-Fi, a private kitchen, as well as bed linen and towels. The kitchens are equipped with a coffee machine, refrigerator, hob, oven and dishwasher, among other amenities. Waipu TV Perfect Plus is available for entertainment.

Staying with Children

Our holiday apartments are family-friendly. A high chair is available. Depending on the apartment and availability, we are also happy to provide a travel cot upon request.

House Rules

All KANTi holiday apartments are non-smoking properties. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted. Detailed house rules are displayed in each apartment.

Accessibility

The holiday apartments are not wheelchair accessible. Please consider the floor when choosing your apartment: one apartment is located on the ground floor, while the other apartments are on the second and third floors respectively.

Business Travellers and Longer Stays

KANTi is also ideal for business travellers, contractors and project teams. Our larger apartment features three separate bedrooms, providing plenty of privacy for colleagues travelling together. We are happy to provide a proper invoice for every stay. Longer stays are also available.

Booking and Payment

Prices vary depending on the travel dates, length of stay and number of guests. The current total price will be displayed after entering your travel dates in the booking search.

A deposit of 50% of the total amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than seven days before arrival. No additional security deposit is required.

Cancellation

Please note that payments already made are non-refundable in accordance with our cancellation policy. We therefore recommend checking your travel dates carefully before completing your booking.
